    He does the job perfectly. It’s only $2.99 a month for the history saving and you can also buy an SD card. It’s very good video quality. The size is perfect and I have no complaints the app that works with. It is very user-friendly.

    This is an amazing camera easy to set up it literally took me 5 minutes and there wasn’t any need to put any card on it to activate it. I’ve got 2 and this one far surpasses the other and sent one back that wouldn’t even connect to my 5g. Very satisfied with the camera.

    Absolutely great product. I must buy again. I bought this to monitor my sick uncle in his room. He was constantly moving. If I put him on a chair he would move to come off and I couldn’t do anything. From my phone if I left his room I would get a motion alert and view him on the camera moving. With the talk back feature I would be able to say “Uncle Elton sit on your chair”…. and he would sit. I could lie down and rest and check the camera and see what he was doing. He passed away on the 4/2/2025. The camera saved it all. I have the time recorded when he died at home. I have the recording on me tidying him in his last. I have the recording when I covered his body and waited for the DMO to arrived. He looked most peaceful. Pass my uncle dying I placed this camera in my living room. So if I am coming home and the inside of the house is pitch black, guess who gets an alert showing me clearly in the dark opening the door? Also i can rotate the camera up/down/left /Right. Will make some more purchases. The only issue is the cord isn’t to long. I am very very pleased with my purchase and all the memories saved.

    Good aside from a couple of quirks
    I like that this camera uses CloudEdge, which I was already using for some different cameras around my house. I LOVE that it has PTZ functionality and motion tracking. And I’m able to share full control with family members on their own apps, even if they’re not in the house, and can also add “view only” control for others if needed. I really like that it came with a USB power adapter, which so many products don’t these days and you get stuck having to wait to use the thing until you can get one. It also comes with the tools to mount in on a wall if needed.There’s not much I don’t like about it, but the two small things that I took off a star for were:1. The slot for the memory card is in such an awkward place, below the lens and at an angle, that it was difficult to get the card in there. I managed to do it, but was tough.2. It took 3 tries to get it to connect to the wifi. I didn’t do anything different on any of the three tries, but on third try it finally connected. But it took 2 full minutes for each failed attempt and I can never get that 5 minutes of frustration back.The image is clear, the sound is good, it’s overall a really good camera for the price. I might buy more of these.

    Not sure about this camera…No alexa connection or Google Home
    I just bought this and didn’t realize it doesnt interconnect with any smart home set ups Alexa or Google Home nor Apple, which really is a draw back for me. Honestly having to download Another App for just one single device, is sort of ridiculous when it could should just be controlled by one app. I suppose if your whole home security system was all Mubview cameras and products, if they sold everything needed for a smart home set up, it’d not be so bad. #2 Issue I have now with this model camera is that after plugging in and downloading the app and setting up my account with them…It states in the set up instructions to press the reset button and wait to see the blue light flashing, but my camera doesn’t ever flash blue. It flashes red, sometimes slow sometimes fast and once it flashed green, but never blue. It won’t connect or even come up when I’m scanning for the device on the app. I’ve been troubleshooting this issue for the last hour since i first opened the box, and nothing has worked. Problem #3: Then on top of the issue with just finding the device on the set Mubview App, the customer service with Mubview is basically nonexistent. Yes it has areas on its app for “support:” but it’s only a form you fill out and then send and then wait to see if anyone replys via email. There isn’t an actual live representative, like majority of todays security camera products support who can immediately help you step by step troubleshoot or even just let you know if the issue your having is something common that they encounter w other customers and have fixed this many other times or if it’s totally odd and could be a product defect malfunction and then helped getting a replacement or refund.#4 Problem: Upon opening the box you find a users set up pamphlet and on the first page opening it shows a QR code to scan for an extended 3 year warranty, cool right, nope…You scan that little code then it does take you a totally different web page where you fill out some personal basic info as in the order number for your purchase of the device, name and email address,( Also mind you that at this point it’s still not even opened an account for you) this was just for the extended 3 yr warranty. Get that all filled out then Once you click on submit at bottom of page, it takes you Again, to a totally different web link thats they’re Amazon products page. Like sending you to buy more instead of showing you any info validating your extended 3 yr warranty. There isn’t anything to verify your extended 3yr warranty after you click submit and there’s nothing for you to even go back to and refer to when asking a support representative if they did even have such offer available. So how would one who just provided all these details about they’re product, purchase, name & contact info to even verify this 3 yr extended warranty that required providing my order number? Just felt suspicious and made me feel like ide just given my info to some sort of scam, idk. Just didn’t seem right. But it was indeed the QR code provided inside the sealed product box, so its legit right..idk. I’m also wondering if this camera perhaps may have been used and just repackage and sold as new and is why I can’t get it to show the in set up mode flashing blue light and isn’t visible on my Bluetooth scan. I’m probably sending this camera back because we’ll first off I can’t even find the device to begin setup, and it can’t connect with any smart home hubs and Mubview has no live customer support and only has a page to submit feedback and there isnt even a FAQ page that shows any of the issues I’m encountering upon opening the box. There are FAQ that adress issues that are common sense like why can’t it connect to wifi..it only uses 2.4…why can’t I have 2 phones connected to the app, why won’t it download videos…your SD card isn’t formatted correctly, or cus you haven’t bought the cloud subscription needed for recording video footage. This camera might be only 16$ w black Friday deal on Amazon right now but from what I’m experiencing right now, it’s not even worth that when it can’t even be detected to begin a set up. So we’ll see if someone from Mubview support contacts me and helps fix these issues and I’ll leave an acual review of how it works once I get it to work.

    Pretty much a perfect product. Does exactly what you need – both day and night vision, no subscription needed to use but you will need one or an SD card to store footage or look back in the past. I don’t need them as I just want to check on my new cats while I’m at work. The only issue I’ve had after three weeks is sometimes when turning the view of the camera to look around on my phone, is it will go allllllll the way around until it stops for some reason. Not sure what causes it but maybe I’m pressing the position reset button by accident which does exactly that .. but I’m not sure.

    Ich habe 2 Kameras, leider funktioniert scheinbar die app oder beide Kameras nicht mehr. Sie lässt sich leider seit längerem nicht mehr verbinden.

    Hab sie benutzt um zu schauen was mein Hund in meiner Abwesenheit treibt. sie liefert ein Gutes Bild die app ist auch gut, sie reagiert etwas langsam bei der Bewegung der Kamera ist jedoch in meinem falls kein Problem
