Tiny buttons on remote
Loved the size, picture and sound quality but two things are a problem. The buttons on the remote are small and the words that tell you what the buttons do are even smaller and the print does not have enough contrast with the background it is printed on. I’m using this asa bedroom set and I need to turn on a light to read any button except mute, power and volume. Second, i have not been able to figure out how to get my DISH remote to turn the set off/on or change volume. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase. Oh, and the dvd player works great!

Durable!
We got this little TV to go in our camper. Let me tell you that the picture and sound are great. We also had a bit of an accident involving a tree branch falling on the camper and the TV fell about 2 feet and got wet… we were so scared it was ruined but it never missed a beat. Very pleased with it.

Good Picture, Lacks Features
I use this TV to view local channel’s HD TV broadcasts. The picture is bright and broadcast HD is generally shown in 1080P but, sometimes 480 or 720P depending on the broadcaster. This TV lacks a way to view the upcoming TV shows in the HD broadcast TV schedule; my old TV has this feature. The TV’s audio is crazy bad but it has 3.5mm speaker output and so that defect is corrected by connecting an old PC speaker. Besides the inability to view the upcoming TV schedule, this TV has two other weaknesses, a complete lack of apps and no internet connectivity. Those weaknesses can be corrected by attaching this TV to a laptop or to an HDMI device. Setup was quick and easy but required a Phillips screwdriver. Batteries for the remote are included!

DVD does not function
I purchased this TV/DVD product and it was delivered on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and I have finally given up on ever being able to watch a full length DVD movie. The picture is great, the sound is sub par but the DVD will start a playback and then suddenly quite functioning. It seems to get warmed up and then it locks up, stops playing and will not accept any further control inputs. I have to turn the power off and let it sit for a while before I can turn it back on in order to eject the DVD. I have tried new DVD’s and older ones that play just fine on my other equipment. It never worked and if it had, 2 days for $200.00 is still not anywhere worth the expense! My suggestion is that if you see this unit or brand for sale run the other way as fast as you can!

Perfect garage TV gift for the hubby!
I ordered this TV based on the low price, previous reviews (as well as all the bad ones I read up until finding this one) and the built in DVD player.. My husband absolutely loves it! In addition, I ordered him a fire stick that works perfectly so he can watch movies or football games while working on his truck in the garage! The remote is easy to use, the quality is excellent and it arrived in immaculate condition 🙂

DVD is broken and won’t read
At the moment 3 stars. Only issue is Tv arrived with broken dvd player. Spits out disk saying read error (5 different dvds and same outcome). I’ll keep you updated on the replacement and let you know how that turns out.
