Keyboard is NOT LIT.
Be aware: 1. keyboard is NOT lit. Not. I need a backlit keyboard, so chose one with that feature. Nope. 2. This will (not) make your day: power button is not in the usual place, but is right next to the DELETE key. Be ready to power off every few minutes by mistake until your fingers get used to it.

Very Dissapointed
This laptop has had issues since we put it into service 2 months ago. Between lockups, strange times when only the HP Screen would show, Windows Blue Screens of Death along with rebooting. After doing testing with HP Support, The Memory Quick check failed with Failure ID 9U7QW2-C7PCAQ-MFGH7G-40LG03. HP chat support was no help and tried to have me reinstall Windows to fix a hardware problem. I will be sure to never purchase another item from this vendor again. I am still working to get it repaired since it is under warranty. HP Chat support, isn’t actually ran by HP and told me to take it to a HP Repair center? Why do I have to drive and use my time and gasoline to get a laptop repaired that never worked right from the beginning.

Generally disappointed
Not much faster than my broken-down 8-year-old desktop. Multiple docking stations have failed to connect HDMI external monitor to the USB-C port. The keyboard sucks, but that is par for laptops.

Computer will it hold a charge.
Computer will not hold a charge. There is NO customer support available. The computer came in a brown box-not an HP box. I paid for a brand new computer, but feel this may have been a return/refurbished computer. There was NO owner’s manual or other accessories that would have come in a new computer box. So far I have not been able to resolve this issue with the seller or with Amazon.
