The Inkless Printer That Made My Expensive Cartridges Question Their Life Choices
This little white printing miracle has become my travel companion’s best friend and my patience’s greatest enemy all at the same time! The 300 DPI quality is surprisingly crisp – clear enough that I can actually read the fine print on those boarding passes without squinting like I’m trying to decode secret messages. Setup was refreshingly simple once I wrestled with the driver installation dance that every printer seems to require, though the Bluetooth has commitment issues and needs to be reintroduced to my devices every time I power it on, like we’re perpetually stuck in an awkward first-date phase. The real adventure begins with paper loading – imagine trying to thread a needle while wearing oven mitts and you’ll understand the delicate art of aligning thermal paper without crumpling it into origami. The paper itself is thinner than my patience during tax season, so handle with the care you’d give a soap bubble in a hurricane. Perfect for occasional printing when you’re tired of your expensive inkjet cartridges transforming into expensive paperweights every few months, but if you’re planning to print your memoir, you might want to keep shopping. It’s fast, quiet, and saves me from the “sorry, we’re out of toner” drama at hotel business centers.

Clear printed pages, paper is thin
TLDR: the 300 DPI prints very clear but the paper is very thin.This thermal printer is plain easy to use. It did require a special driver on my Windows machine and an app from my phone but connecting to the printer was a breeze. Once I had the driver installed I was able to print a page from a PDF with no problem. There are two things that I whisper a little better for this printer, one being some type of a feeder for the paper and the other being that the paper were not so thin, that’s a tough ass since thermal paper is very thin. To load the paper in place, it requires lifting the side and putting the paper in place at the edge. The roller will move the paper through the printer. Making sure that this is lined up can be a little tough.Overall, this printer get a great job and printed pictures are very clear. It’s great when you need a printer while traveling and you don’t have more than a few places to print.

If you have ever needed to print a document while traveling and did not have a printer available nearby, this product is for you.A travel convenient item to have and to bring along on your tripSmall and compact enough to fit out of the way within the confines of a suitcaseInstallation is simple via website where you would the download for the driver.Is thermal capabilities mean that ink cartridges will not be necessary.But, keep in mind that although you won’t have to go through the expense of replacement ink cartridges, thermal paper carries its own expense.And, this type of paper is not that thick.About the consistency of a store receipt.

Great Portable Printer
This thermal printer is great! It prints clearly and you are able to adjust the darkness of the printing. I already had the app installed for my mini printer, so setup was a breeze. You do have to purchase a certain type of paper for it, but it does come with a few sheets to get you started. It’s great for printing documents while on the go.

Nice little basic printer
This review is for the Portable Thermal Printer, MT610 ProFor the price ($73.99 at time of review) it’s a nice little basic printer. The app (Here print, available in the iOS app store or Google play) is also pretty basic and not very intuitive imo.I had to charge the printer fully and turn it on before the Bluetooth connected my device with the app and it loses connection each time the printer is powered off.I rarely use a printer and when I do it’s normally a receipt or recipe I want to try from the web so this is perfect for me. I have an inkjet but more often than not the ink (which can be expensive) dries up way before I can use it so this will save me lots of money in the long run which far outweighs the inconvenience of loading paper and reconnecting with each print job. If you print a lot however or need to print in color I’d keep looking.

Better than I thought
I got this to be able to work in my car when I need to. I was pleasantly surprised by how dark/clear this printed. I was kind of hesitant with the thermal paper situation and worried things would fade, but it prints nice and bold and hadn’t faded at all so far. Super handy to have if you do any kind of business work while traveling, as it’s about the size of a three hole punch and is wireless. Awesome printer – Highly Recommend.

great little printer, surprising good print quality
this little thermal printer actually surprised me lol. the print quality and speed are very good. the setup takes a bit you just have to search for and download the print driver. not sure how they do it without actual ink but this is a great idea, especially if traveling fit in luggage very easily
