Defective key board and face place surface ripped like bacon
Upon receiving the chrome book… I was setting it up and kept getting distracted by the surface / keyboard. The faceplate and keyboard keys were warped and not flush. They were wavy like bacon staring around key 9 and so on. Also the face plate where the left USB ugs in is bulging at the face plate . It seems all the guts of this device have shifted or improperly placed. I sent it in for return and keep receiving conflicting return information and refund amounts. I want my full refund of $330. Not 30% or $111. It has yet to.post to my account is. The device its self is massive and has lots of ports and mini USB drive as well as 2 USB and 2 charger ports for data xfer or what not. The screen is large and nice and the keyboard is NOT back lit. But it does have 10 key. Its just to bad it had a bad factory defect and they are trying to jerk me around with my return. I just had major shoulder surgery and am not in the mood.
