Perfect addition to camping / RV
Perfect addition to our camper. The LG Channel selection it comes with is superb – LOTS of free channels. 12v or 110v makes it perfect for camping. Both picture quality and sound are good. Remote control has way more function than I need so all good there as well.

Absolute Junk
What a useless piece of trash. Will not connect to the wireless, so you can’t sign user agreements so nothing but the DVD is able to be viewed. And it squeals and whirr so that it is impossible to watch. Purchased this not for price but because it fit in my small camper and could run on 12v. Run don’t walk away from this unsupported piece of trash. Absolutely worthless.

Simple replacement for existing
Just put it in the RV this weekend, I wanted something with a smart TV so I could get rid of the Roku. This is perfect and also has the DVD player so when I’m out on the road and have no internet I can still watch something if I feel like it simple replacement. Just unplug the old one and plug in the new one..

DVD Player Too Confusing. Lightweight & Cheap-Feeling. Acceptable Picture, But With Smudge.
My husband wanted a less-than-full-sized TV to tuck into a somewhat small area where he paints, but he wanted something large enough so that his vision wouldn’t be strained at all, and this TV fits that bill. It seems we actually received a different TV than the one we ordered, as this one includes a DVD player attached to the back of it that’s easily reachable from the TV’s right side. We didn’t want the DVD function, but it’s there, so we tried it out.The DVD player does seem like the cheapest one you can imagine. Just in general, everything feels super light and super cheap, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing in case you intend to use this for travel, since you wouldn’t want to risk messing up something very nice anyway, and since it helps when traveling to have something so lightweight. The DVD player includes its own remote that functions separately from the TV remote, and it’s cheap and no better than the type of remotes that often come with some modern Christmas lights. We used the remote to allow the player to accept a DVD and to eject that DVD. We could hear the DVD’s menu sound once it was inserted, but we couldn’t see that menu on the TV, and we couldn’t figure out how to get the DVD to play. It also seems like you have to point the remove at the DVD player itself, behind the TV, which is absolutely ridiculous. We won’t be using it ever again. As we had planned when ordering the TV without the DVD player, we just hooked the TV up to a PS4, and we play DVDs (and blurays) via that, which is something we’re accustomed to anyway. The remote for the TV is much more standard and of typical quality. It’s not immediately user-friendly or intuitive. You kind of have to play with it and figure it out (or read the instructions, if that’s your thing). It can perform a lot of functions that we will never use, online and offline, but they are there. We definitely won’t be using this TV online, as we personally don’t like the smart TV trend, feeling that it’s incredibly invasive and even dangerous. The TV’s menu system is horrible to navigate. It didn’t give us any tips as to how to engage the DVD player, for example, and it generally presents as confusing.Setting up the TV in the first place was also confusing. The instructions simply say to plug it in, but certain cables must be linked together to actually plug it into the outlet in my home (this is not described in the instructions). I almost thought it was impossible, but I figured it out. Booting up the TV for initial setup, a remote was shown on-screen that looked nothing like the included remote, and it told me to press the “OK” button, yet there is no such button present on the included remote. We discovered that clicking the wheel in the center of the remote worked as pressing “OK.”Finishing with the TV itself, note that we’re not TV enthusiasts with much knowledge of what an ultimate picture quality should be, as we consider that kind of thing annoying and needless. I’m fine if the images look clear and nice, and I’m happy if I can prevent the movement from looking weird and commercial-like, which is something that I often see in modern times and which tends to make me feel motion sick. The first thing I noticed about this TV in regards to the picture quality is that there is a dark smudge in one area that does not wipe off, so it appears to be some sort of internal or picture-quality issue. The picture looks good otherwise, being perfectly clear and crisp and not immediately showing way too many frames per second, so I don’t have to worry about getting nauseated. The sound is not the best, so we immediately hooked it up to the sound bar we already had, not wanting to deal with any sound issues, though we were hoping to not have to use the sound bar, since it takes up significant space in the small area. Ignoring the menus and features, the TV is easy to use, turning on instantly, since, I assume, it draws so little electricity. It did immediately link up to our PS4, where it plays movies as expected. Thankfully, we’re not forced to use any of the smart functions. Bluetooth and wifi do not have to be connected or established for this TV to just work as a TV. Finally, The TV ports are solid. It has some HDMI ports and some USB-A ports, which made hooking up the PS4 easy.

Small TV. Good picture quality
This is a small, basic smart TV. It’s lightweight and easy to move. It’s nice that it can run on 110v or 12v. Right now I have it in an exercise area in my basement, but it will probably end up eventually going in a camper where the 12 volt connection will be helpful. The picture quality is surprisingly good for such a small screen! The app in connections seem to be a bit buggy. I never was able to successfully connect by using the smartphone app, and even on the TV I was unable to sign in using the email and password that I had just used to log into the app on my phone. However, I was able to connect to Wi-Fi. App downloads worked fine for me, and I was able to use all the streaming services I tried.

Hit or Miss
This TV has a nice size for an RV or small space, and the 12V compatibility is great for camping setups. The picture quality is decent, and the smart features are convenient when they actually work. The Magic Remote is a nice touch, but it doesn’t make up for the frustrating connection issues. WiFi drops randomly, and even when it’s connected, apps can be painfully slow to load. For the price, I expected a smoother experience. It feels like the software struggles to keep up, and sometimes I have to restart it just to get things working again. If it were more reliable, it would be a solid little TV, but as it is, it’s just okay.

Small TV on the go
I wanted a small TV to go in the side room so when I’m in there I can watch television so send the TV up. Very easy. If you set up any Smart TV before, please connect to the Wi-Fi.I tried using the DVD feature but only thing I have a Blu-ray so I just got an error message when I put it in there but remote simple to use. Then you even get a second remote. Just for the DVD player part. It’s webos so if you ever use the LG TV you know what you getting yourself into. But for this tier of TV you know the performance ain’t going to be the best.So if you just need a simple TV small that you can move around easy. It’s a good pic. The picture quality is very nice because it’s LED and the size fracture. They is some lag in there but you know this is what you’re you’re getting Wi-Fi.It’s all right and surprisingly the sound quality is good for the small TV and of course you get all the extra accessories that you can use it for in the RV or vehicle in general.
