The best phone for the money
The best of Oneplus and Android!!!Having owned a OnePlus 12r, and just Android phones since 2013 (Droid Maxx being my first) . This is the phone for tech people and just anyone in general. Checklist of what I like and don’t like below.Likes-Beautiful 6.8 screen that can have a fixed 120hz refresh rate, color reproduction on the OLED screen is top notch with plenty of customization options in terms of accuracy. Has Ceramic shield for durability.-I love the aquatouch, I have used it in the steam room or when working out and I can actually decently type with the screen wet. (IP 69 ensures I can use in high temp Sauna without issue)-Oxygen OS I love the layout and customization I love the global search at the bottom of the icons yes it reeks iPhone but I like the feature-Battery life is outstanding although on par with the 12r, quick charging as well.-Love the included charging brick which both Samsung and Apple no longer include.-Camera is probably the best oneplus has ever done. Hasselblad partnership has helped OnePlus up their game.-Snap Dragon Elite processor, is just top notch performing if you want to do gaming this phone will do it without issue.-Always on screen is customizable and fantastic.- IP68/69 rating highest possible for Water resistance.-Speakers are good, produces great sound via bluetooth with customizable profiles.-Less AIWhat I do not like or other may not possibly like-Oxygen OS includes dual apps like for photos and you will get a feeling the app is trying to fuse some of ios features into it like a dynamic island clone I like them myself but this will not be a Pixel Like stock Android.-If you are expecting tons on AI integration like the Pixel series, this is not it, while there is Gemini and magic eraser some of the more baked in AI you see with Samsung or Pixel is not here I like that others may not.-You cannot get this phone through carriers for financing, but hey Amazon has financing options.-While I am not a Camera guru or enthusiast, the Cameras while they are solid are not on par with the latest Pixel or iPhone very close but not there yet.-This will not receive as much updates as the Pixel, Samsung or iPhone. In closing to me this is the best phone you can buy, the performance and the quality is on par with the best but on average costs less. I do not like Samsungs take on Android but other might, I hope my review helps those that are on the fence.

Flagship build and specs at a (more) reasonable price
The OnePlus 13 is one of the best phones available in 2025. It has specs that match or beat much more expensive competitors. The phone’s operating system holds it back somewhat. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5 if I could.PROS:+Subtle curves provide a mostly flat display while more comfortable to hold than totally squared off competitors+Gorgeous bright, high resolution, 120 Hz display+Snapdragon 8 Elite is fast, power efficient, and gives great data speeds+6000 mAh battery outclasses the competition+16 GB RAM / 512 GB storage option for added future proofing+Priced hundreds of dollars cheaper than the competing flagships+Unlockable bootloader gives options for advanced tech enthusiastsCONS:-OxygenOS is a very heavy Android overlay. Notification organization/reliability is worse than other manufacturers, Some Developer Options don’t work as expected and third party launchers have compatibility issues.-Camera quality is worse than Samsung and Pixel flagships-Not fully supported by all carriers; Not sold directly by any US carriers

    Its just a ok phone
Its just ok I don’t like the new Samsung 25 ultra either. they both feel cheap I think phones are becoming worst by the year. I have the 24 ultra I like getting a new phone every year. I might just keep what I have. 13 plus would be ok for around the 700 dollars price. I am going to take it back. if doesn’t not feel good in my hand.

    Don’t buy trust me
They don’t patch or update it US here and me or any of my friends with it have received big fix patches and it does have them or security updates monthly. After launch they decided to do bi monthly and didn’t follow through. Don’t buy this.

Another near perfect flagship phone from OnePlus. Great value and specs. Highly recommended.
Great phone. Dual physical sim slots. Very nice bright vibrant OLED screen. Perfect size and weight. Sold a OnePlus 12R to pick up a 13 used at Swappa. Got a like new unit for an incredible price. Secondary phone to a S23 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro. I find myself using this the most. I have no obvious negatives. Not sure what the one star guy is on about. I am getting all the security and usual updates. Super fact charging rates. Speakers are a 7/10 but work just fine. at $650 for a 512gb.16gb RAM there wasn’t a better deal anywhere. 12R was only $295 so that was pretty unbeatable deal brand new but the 13 is another strong release from OnePlus.

    Incredible
I wanted to try something different than Apple and Samsung, and I’m glad I did! This phone is beautiful, snappy, and takes great pictures. The leatherish feeling back just looks and feels great. I would definitely recommend this if you’re on the fence of buying it.

    Time for an Upgrade
Being enjoying the phone. After coming from a 8T and having it break (dropped phone on a hike) it was time to finally upgrade. Been an enjoyer of the OnePlus series. love the battery life on my phone. The supercharging is great. Gaming on it is incredible(Wuthering Waves on High settings at 60 FPS with Frame Generating has been phenomenal). The photos it takes are amazing. Can’t wait to go to my first music festival of the year (Day Trip) and take amazing photos and videos.Highly recommend.
