It has been a bit of a nightmare. I bought this from to Peru and paid over 250 dollars tax so returning it rather than taking it myself to it fixed is more affordable as I will have to pay the tax again to get a replacement and that is almost the same as it costs! My Ryzen 5 computer of lower spec is actually better. The bluetooth does not work at all, the troubleshooter says it is fine but it does not connect to any device that my other laptop and phone connect to. The video camara lags and is not HD at all, looks grainy and like something from the 90’s. When I change tabs in chrome it freezes part of the screen onto the screen I am working, and also does this in different programs. I bought it as a 2nd machine as work online and will have to take it to get it looked at. I am not even sure it actually has a RYZEN 7 as it is not even half as good as my ryzen 5. I will take it and get it checked out by a technician here and update this review. VERY DISAPPIONTED!!!

How to fix Bluetooth
For those experiencing Bluetooth issues, check device manager under Bluetooth it will say “generic”. Go to HPs download page for the 255 G10 and download & install the Realtek Bluetooth drivers. That fixed the Bluetooth not working… However this should never have been a problem in the first place, HP should be doing a better job quality checking. Also as a heads up there are no secondary m.2 nvme or sata ports to expand the storage without replacing the current drive.

solo le doy una estrella para que me dejara comentar, el producto es de malisima calidad, plástico total, no tiene ni una etiqueta de identificación con número de serie o modelo, además que el servicio de paqueteria no la entregó en mano a nadie, solo la dejaron caer por encima de una reja con el riesgo de que alguien más pudiera tomar el paquete y llevarselo, es una decepción total que una empresa tan “seria” tenga este tipo de actitudes en cuanto a la calidad de sus ventas y la etica de sus repartidores
