Incorrect technical specs
In the technical specs it said it had an optical cd drive and it also said the RAM could be upgraded to 128GB. The laptop arrived and matched the picture however it had no cd drive and the RAM was soldered in with no extra slot for additional RAM. When I messaged them for assistance I wasn’t given any answers about whether or not I received the wrong product, they only said they would contact their engineering team to address the issue and then never followed up.

cheap competent but s-l-o-w
its good value for a compact basic win 11 (now win 100 being retired) laptop – but it is really slow and has limited performance with just a N4040C chip. useful for garage or site work to connect to microcontrollers or components or arduino, etc. – but for browsing, email etc it would test one’s patience. note: no usb-c port – description is a bit misleading there.

Great Laptop for College and Personal Use
I bought is laptop for the upcoming semester of college, and I am pleasantly surprised by this laptop in these past couple of days. The battery life is very good and lasts me the whole day of work between docs and classes. The screen is also good for entertainment. Lastly, you can install windows 11 for free which is definitely a plus. I have to say it a pretty great package for the price.

Did not work properly
I set this computer up and it wasn’t working properly and the volume was really low. I tried to do a return on it and they said with Amazon pharmacy, I was not able to return it. I was a consistent customer but I will never order from Amazon again.

Great for home use
Bought it for my wife to use at home for applying for jobs and team call for interviews. She has had no complaints what so ever and loves it.
