Crystal-Clear Peace of Mind. A Smart Upgrade for Home Security
The Eufy Indoor Cam E30 is hands down one of the best indoor cameras I’ve used. The 4K UHD resolution is incredibly sharp — you can clearly see faces, pet details, or anything going on in the room, even when zooming in. The color night vision is a game-changer too, offering vivid clarity in low-light without the typical grainy black-and-white footage.Setup was quick and painless using the Eufy app, and I love that it’s compatible with Apple HomeKit (along with Alexa and Google Assistant). The 360° pan and tilt feature makes it feel like you have eyes everywhere — you can sweep the entire room from your phone. The auto-tracking for people and pets is surprisingly accurate. Whether it’s my dog moving around or a person entering the room, the camera smoothly follows the motion and keeps the subject in frame. It also gives me instant phone alerts with smart detection, which helps filter out background movement and keeps notifications relevant. The privacy mode and customizable zones are also a plus if you’re only monitoring specific areas.Overall, this camera is packed with features that work really well and don’t feel gimmicky. Whether you’re monitoring pets, checking in on kids, or just wanting a solid security camera, the E30 delivers.

Excellent Quality and Smart Features – A Great Indoor Cam!
I’m really impressed with the eufy Indoor Cam E30! For such a compact and affordable camera, it delivers incredible value. The video quality is sharp and clear, even in low light, and the two-way audio works flawlessly for checking in on family or pets while I’m away.Setup was super easy—just a few minutes with the app and it was ready to go. I really like that it supports local storage and doesn’t force you into a subscription, but still offers features like motion detection, activity zones, and even AI person/pet detection. The app is clean and intuitive, and I get notifications right when motion is detected without any annoying delays. It also integrates smoothly with smart home platforms like Alexa and HomeKit, which is a big plus for me.Overall, this little camera packs a punch. It’s reliable, functional, and gives me peace of mind when I’m not home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality indoor security cam without the monthly fees!

Excellent cameras
I needed new cameras for a home and did not want any battery operated cameras to worry about. I also did not want to deal with any subscription plans. I have used Blink and Waze cameras at other properties and while I do like them these are just much better. I am using two of these indoors. The alerts and tracking have been excellent with no false triggers. The app takes a little time to figure out all of the available setting but is easy enough to figure out. The best feature which I did not even know about is the ability to share the camera feeds with other people. They have their own account and you can send an invite to share any cameras you wish. This is very helpful as with other systems you would have to share the same login info. I added the doorbell camera which works great as well.

Eufy E30 Does Not “Yet” Work with HomeKit and Eufy App/HomeBase 380 (Like the S3 Pro)-READ ALL
UPDATED (and upgraded) REVIEW: The camera is great. The features are super. I tried the Eufy brand in lieu of more Eve cameras. Eufy advertises this Indoor E30 model is compatible with Apple HomeKit and, AND HomeKit and the Eufy app/HomeBase 380 can be used simultaneously. Indeed, this exact functionality works this way for the Eufy S3 Pro. It’s easy to setup and works exactly as expected and documented–for only the S3 Pro. When it works it is REALLY great. Double functionality!Sadly, the very latest Indoor E30 4K Pan-and-Tilt camera does not fulfill its documentation. I tried the typically recommended deletes, reset and reinstalls. I tried activating HomeKit from the camera settings AND the HomeBase settings. After over a week of Eufy tech support, I received this reply:”Thank you for your patience and for providing logs and screenshots again.Regarding your question, it appears that the issue you are experiencing is related to a feature that has not yet been activated. This specific feature you mentioned is part of an upcoming update. Currently, it is not available, but we are actively working to make it available in the future. We understand your frustration and sincerely appreciate your understanding while we work to resolve this issue.”If ever this works, I’ll update the review, assuming I keep the camera without the HomeKit automation I wanted.Eufy responded. They kept up a dialog (both AI–and “human”, I think) about my concerns, I respect their actions to “hold me harmless” for the purchase, and I am a satisfied Eufy customer. I will keep the working devices and wait for the resolution of the HomeKit issue with the E30.

I’ve tried a couple of other indoor cameras, but this one is flawless, and I’m super impressed. The motion detection (no need for it to be specifically a human or pet), sound detection, and object tracking are all on point. The video & audio quality is great, and notifications are sent within 3-4 seconds with thumbnails.Compared to other cameras I’ve tried, the E30’s recording method is brilliant. Unlike others that often miss the initial moments of motion itself, but E30 captures even the 5 seconds before the motion event, ensuring I never miss a thing. Its IR lights enable excellent recording in pitch darkness, and the video quality is fantastic again. The spotlights are bright enough to record night scenes in color, but I’ve turned them off.I appreciate that there’s no subscription required, and the camera supports up to a 128GB UHS-1 memory card, which is more than enough. Some notable features include the quiet motor rotation sound, user-friendly interface, wide field of view, and the camera’s adorable design and movement (reminiscent of EVE from Wall-E).The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that if an object or person gets too close (less than a foot) and moves around, the camera might not track effectively every time. However, this isn’t a significant concern for me.Overall, a 100% effective indoor security camera, and I fully recommend it.
All good – it was for the nurses in palliative care as a thank you! –
All working and even more – all good – thanks

So far so good! We have this set up inside our garage. There are quite a few features that we like so I’ll break it down.Pros:-auto tracking, it follows movement-you can manually check whichever area you want, and you can also zoom in.-clear video with auto night vision-clear sound-there’s an option for continuous recording-easy installation-app is user friendly-plugs in so there’s no need to keep charging itCons:-so far, none! We moved to this camera system after using Arlo for years. So far there are many features of eufy that have served us well and that we like much better than the Arlo cameras. Highly recommend!

Have used this once so far and it worked well. Clear video and let me know when movement. I did not use sound or recording so far.

This indoor camera is top-notch! I use it to keep an eye on my furry friends when I’m at work. The wide-angle view makes it super easy to see everything around them. The built-in speaker lets you talk to your pets, and there’s even a record and screenshot option. You can control everything from your phone. It’s great to check in on them while I’m away to make sure everything’s okay at home. Just make sure you have a good Wi-Fi connection, and it’s a pretty good price for what you get. I’d say it’s a bit more advanced than most cameras, but it’s definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend it!
