Decent Smart TV
I have a boat that doesn’t have a TV in the bedroom. I wanted something small that didn’t take up a lot of room. This TV fit the bill – size wise.This is basically a Smart TV using the Android operating system. This is my first real exposure to Android so it took a little getting used to. It’s not too hard to figure out if this is your first time using this operating system. If you’ve used it before, you’ll probably be up and running in no time.According to the product’s web page, the package was supposed to have a TV antenna and a 3-in-1 A/V cable. None were included. Therefore, I can’t tell you how the built-in ATSC tuner or A/V input worked. It has 2 HDMI inputs as well as a USB-A input. The remote was pretty standard and had the usual buttons and functions of a typical remote. The signal strength of the remote must be on the weak side as you needed to point the remote pretty directly at the receiver sensor on the front of the TV. I’m also guessing that the processor chip for the TV is not the fastest as the response was somewhat slow. The instruction manual was a decent size and in color. The instructions were acceptable but not written by someone overly proficient in English.The video quality was good. The picture was clear even at fairly wide angles in the horizontal plane. However, the picture quality dropped off if you looked at it very much off the vertical plane. The TV base allows for some vertical rotation to help keep the screen straight on in the vertical direction. Audio quality was fair. With this small of a form factor, don’t expect a great sounding speaker.There are plenty of apps to download from the Google store – Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Plex, etc. Downloading the apps wasn’t overly fast.Overall, this is a fair Smart TV. The video output is good and if that is your main concern, this TV might be for you. I think it’s a little overpriced for what you get.My rating method:1 star – terrible. I wouldn’t consider buying it.2 stars – marginal at best. Doesn’t meet the minimum requirements or quality to be useful. Buy it at your own risk.3 stars – average. Meets the quality and requirements for a product of this type but is nothing out of the ordinary. If the price is good, I’d probably buy it.4 stars – better than average. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. I’d buy it.5 stars – exceptional – far exceeds the quality of products of this type. Hard to beat the quality and features included. Best value for the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.

It’s not a bad little 14inch smart tv which is very useful to have around
I really like small screen tvs and monitors cause they can be very useful to have around like for power outages which you can run them in your car or truck or rv and for smart tvs you can connect them to your cell phone through wifi hotspot or if you have game consoles these small screens are perfect for those let alone older ones so when i saw this shown up for me i wanted to give it a try.One thing i notice when i first received this smart tv it is light weight which i would call that being a pro cause it’s easy to carry around and first thing i did before putting the stand on at first was test it out to make sure there is no issues and it booted right up in android and i notice you can install alot of apps to it and it even has google play store than afterwards i installed the stand which was easy to put on it and there is also 4 vesa mounting holes in the back of it so you can mount it to something, Than it has alot of connection ports 2 hdmi ports’ composite’ spdif port’ and RF and headphone 3.5mm and usb so it does have alot of connections to it which is great for even older devices like VCRS and even old gaming consoles which i even tried my ps5 pro on it and the colors and being 1080p instead of 720p which what you mostly get on smaller screens it looks pretty good and sharp looking while playing gran turismo 7.Than it also comes with a big remote which i was surprise about when i saw it cause it’s a full size remote and you also get 12 volt car adaptor so you can use it in your car truck or even in a rv which as i said can come in handy when power outages happens and even if you have a battery jump starter that has a 12volt output on it you can power this smart tv off that.For cons the ony one i notice would be the viewing angles while looking at the screen from the sides looks fine to me but if you sitting below it or above it does darken up a bit but with the included stand cause you can tilt it up and down you can get around that but i could see it being a issue when mounting it but it does have vesa mounting on the back of it so you can get a wall mounted arm and mount it that way so you can move it around.But other than the not really great viewing angles when looking below it and above it everything else is pretty solid on it and it does have alot of features and connections and if you wanted it does work as a nice little 2nd screen for your computer also cause it is 1080p and does look good and mostly what i be using it for is for my older game consoles with this smart tv on the same desk as my gaming pc so it does work out very good for me, So i still give it a solid 4 stars and i do like it and it will come in handy even for power outages👍

14″ Portable LCD TV
The TV connects easily to WiFi and apps work moderately fast, like you tube or prime, the audio is clear and can be loud. The screen is only good to look at straight, maybe with a 5 degree off to any other side from straight, but gets completely un viewable once you go out of this small range, the colors completely change and the images become distorted. I was hoping to put in my RV replacing the 14″ CRT TV, but this will not be possible.
